Description

CHALLENGE

Accumulate loyalty of the end sales channel. Uni-President was only able to reach the end point of sale through distributors and needed a way to understand and build relationships with consumers directly to increase loyalty at the point of sale.

Get immediate data feedback. With lagging sales data, there is a need for data that reflects the marketing situation so that marketing strategies can be adjusted in the first place.

Reduce promotion costs. The existing promotion methods need to invest a lot of human and material resources, can be easily interpreted and cannot reach the end point of sale directly.

SOLUTION

Terminal point-of-sale one box one code program.

Accumulate points by scanning codes: Points can be exchanged for various gifts in the mall to establish the habit of scanning codes at the point of sale and improve the sickness of point of sale.

SP points doubling activities: Launch festival activities during peak seasons to increase code scanning volume and revitalize the platform.

PERFORMANCE

Activity data performance has steadily increased as the campaign progresses, with a participation rate of 68%! Accumulated membership of over 700,000!

(1) Fans and members accumulation performance: The number of fans has been steadily increased since the campaign was launched, and has accumulated up to 800,000 fans and 700,000 members by the end of November 2016.

(2) Participation rate: By the end of November, 610,000 people had participated in the code scanning, and the participation rate of merchants reached 68%, with an average of 26 pieces of code scanning per merchant.

By the end of November 2016, times of code scanning were over 15 million . More than 700,000 point-of-sale information (cell phone number, name, address) were obtained.
